Two fixes to how workspaces open and close.

Open a file, skip the phantom terminal

Opening a recent file or dropping one into the app now takes you straight to that folder's workspace — no stray Blank Terminal tab riding along, and no surprise stack of macOS folder-permission prompts to clear first. Retermina no longer keeps an empty placeholder terminal around; the one already sitting in your saved state is cleaned up the first time you open a folder.

Focus mode sticks across reopen

Maximize a panel into focus mode, close the project, and reopen it later — the panel comes back front and center for every folder you return to, instead of snapping to a plain tiled grid.
