Threadmoth 1.5.1 hardening release.\n\nThis release enforces the recovery journal writer/reader 8 MiB size contract before any transaction commit, returns a structured resource-limit refusal without writes, removes the duplicate legacy suture CLI target, and centralizes recovery protocol validation on PROTOCOL_VERSION.\n\nProtocol version remains 1.1.0. SHA-256 checksums and the release manifest are included.
