Status
Public research disclosure v0.1. The manuscript and executable disclosure prove
that the proper hat-guessing number of K5-e is 8. Independent review is
pending; this release is not presented as peer-reviewed.
The release is deliberately focused on K5-e. It does not claim to solve the
general K_n-e problem or determine HG_P(C5).
Verification
The dependency-free verifier was run successfully both from a clean Git clone
and from the attached release archive. It checked 33 frozen files, reconstructed
the Fano/Hall construction, checked all 8,400 proper colourings, and verified the
62,161-clause CNF.
