5.7.0 - Menu re-organization

Moved a bunch of menu items into the Settings tab (out of the Setup tab), where they make more sense. Also grouped settings to be more readable.
Fixed some minor navigation issues in the TUI. Scrolling should work inside the cores list, now. And only left/right will change tabs, to avoid accidentally changing tabs when using up/down arrows within a tab
