5.9.0 - Plugins revamp

Plugins

• You can now run plugins automatically during Update All, before or after the core updates
• New update_plugins setting that will check for and install plugin updates at the start of Update All
• Plugin catalog: browse and install plugins from the Plugins menu or pupdate plugins --browse
• plugins cli verb: list, install, run, remove, update, and set auto-run from the command line
• support for core recommended plugins added. when you install a core if it has a recommended plugin, you'll be prompted to install it

TUI

• export log button (F8) saves the current session log to a text file for support
• bug fix: cores with duplicate platform names (two "PlayStation" entries) were hidden by the platform filter
• faster status log window
• display mode errors for a single core no longer break the rest

other stuff

• you can choose how many save states to keep when pruning
• hopefully fixed archive.org cookie handling for downloads
• pocket setup and memory pruning now only look at installed cores
