Immutable snapshot of the free discovery packaging: Gemini CLI extension (gemini-extension.json, GEMINI.md) and Agent Plugins 1.0 (plugin.json, mcp.json).

Created from the existing distribution-2026-08-29 tag so directory crawlers that index GitHub Releases can find the repo. This is not a claim that PulseMCP, Glama, or the Gemini gallery have listed the server.
