More or Less

This major version moves the minimum supported Swift version to Swift 6.2. It drops support for validating and simplifying OAS 3.0 documents as-such, though you can still covert those documents to OAS 3.1 or 3.2 and then run validations or simplify them. Support for parsing dynamic tags and references is added and some support for dereferencing them (e.g. as part of external dereferencing) is supported (local lookups are only supported as part of local dereferencing, though).
