Annex 1.0.0

Annex 1.0.0, formerly ChildStream.

Install: run AnnexSetup-1.0.0.exe. It isn't code-signed yet, so Windows shows Windows protected your PC: click More info → Run anyway. Needs Windows 10/11 Pro.

What's in it:

• Installer that sets up Windows and downloads portable Sunshine for you, with a clean uninstaller
• New launcher: start the desktop, start Sunshine, pairing steps, open apps (Chrome, Edge, Steam) inside the Annex desktop
• Works alongside a main host like Apollo or Vibepollo, on its own ports
• Big thanks to @ocr1n for the launcher rework in #2

If something breaks, open an issue and attach your launcher.log.
