Fixed

• Expanding or collapsing context (+/-) now keeps the cursor on the same
  source line instead of letting the spliced-in context shift it to a different
  line.
• Inline annotation bodies now word-wrap across multiple lines instead of
  rendering on a single line whose tail ran off the right edge.
