Everwind Save Editor 1.0
First public release.
What's in the box
Point-and-click Tk GUI for inspecting and editing Everwind save files (Player_Local.sav, WorldInfo.sav, and per-island .sav files).
Download
Grab EverwindSaveEditor.exe from the assets below and double-click. No Python install required. Put it somewhere you have write access (a folder under your user profile is fine — avoid Program Files); editor_settings.json is written next to the .exe.
Features
- Combined view of player + every island save with filter / search across item names, ids, categories, locations, and enchantment names.
- Group by None / Category / Location / Chest. Right-click a chest header to flag it as yours, so unanchored chests stay visible under the User Only filter.
- Up to nine enchantment columns per row.
- Bulk actions: Bulk apply, Split stacks, Delete, Repair & Top Off (selected / ALL), Top Off SELECTED (incl. world), Make Max Level, Make Max Stacks, Max Ench (25), Compact empty slots, Delete all Drops.
- Right-click an enchantment cell to swap the stat type (same-byte-length only, so the in-place patch never corrupts the save).
Safety
The editor only writes same-width scalar / FString patches at exact byte offsets, then rewrites the sibling .meta CRC32 so the game doesn't silently fall back to .backup. Per-file backups (.bak baseline + timestamped rotation) are created on every write. Always back up your save folder before editing — see the README for the full safety notes and rollback workflow.
Compatibility
Verified against Everwind v2026.06.01 and v0.4.515.
