Minor bits:
- fixed the handling of RANDOMIZE and -r values, the latter now always overrides the former if you provide a value (as opposed to a "bare" -r)
- some fixes around PRINT to address the "fix" put in earlier for BBC. Turns out the BBC is simply wrong on this and we'll need to handle it some other way
- report "Can't continue" if the program has not yet been run
- (very) minor fix in the parser to fix a compile time warning about CLK
