Flight Status Tracker ("the extension") is a Chrome extension that looks up live flight status information. This page explains what data the extension handles.

What data we collect We — the developer of this extension — do not collect, store, or have access to any of your data. There is no server operated by us, no analytics, and no tracking.

What data is stored locally The extension stores one thing on your device using Chrome's local storage: the AviationStack API key you provide. This key never leaves your device except when sent directly to AviationStack to retrieve flight data you search for.

What data is sent to third parties When you search for a flight, your flight number and your API key are sent directly from your browser to AviationStack's servers, which return flight status data. This request goes straight from your device to AviationStack — it does not pass through any server we control. Please refer to AviationStack's own privacy policy for how they handle this data.

What data is not collected We do not collect your name, email, location, browsing history, or any other personal information. We do not use cookies. We do not sell or share any data, because we do not have any to share.

Changes to this policy If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised "last updated" date.
