It seems that this limitaion is not the case for anymore. e.g. `ardupilotmega` includes (among others) `common` with includes `standard` with includes `minimal`.

Thank you. I've added a note that mavgen allows 5 levels of nesting.
FYI this is arbitrarily chosen to allow all the current dialects to all build - https://github.com/ArduPilot/pymavlink/blob/master/generator/mavgen.py#L39C1-L39C29
