Native runtimes answer transcript from their own history feed

  • ccmux transcript and control transcript.read read openCode and custom conversations from the
    runtime's structured history instead of reporting transcript file not found; Claude's native mode
    reads its own jsonl. Absolute seq, --cursor, --before and --tail keep the file reader's
    meaning, and source.kind names the native source.
