What to build

Rewrite ship --help / WriteUsage with Lipgloss sections (Usage, Flags, Config) and aligned flag columns (name · meaning · default), using shared theme tokens. Same flag set, same domain wording, still stdout. Presentation only.

Acceptance criteria

• Help shows Usage / Flags / Config sections with ship framing
• Flags render as aligned columns including defaults
• Same flags and meanings as today; output still goes to stdout
• Tests assert headings and flag names via captured writer (no ANSI art snapshots)
• No new flags or Config keys
