This repository contains code for automating the collection, processing, and presentation of public health data from multiple sources. The aim is to streamline data aggregation and facilitate consistent reporting to support situational awareness and emergency response activities.
Install the required R packages before running the project.
source("install_packages.R")Alternatively, install the required packages manually using install.packages().
- Clone this repository.
- Open the project in RStudio (recommended) or your preferred R environment.
- Install the required packages.
- Run the main script:
