Agent Project Context Detection (#11)

The project agent now auto-detects the target project's language and includes rich context in the AI prompt:

• Language detection from manifest files (go.mod, package.json, Cargo.toml, pyproject.toml, etc.) with file-extension fallback
• Manifest contents included in the prompt so the model sees dependencies and framework choices
• .gitignore awareness — contents passed to the model to avoid generating excluded file types
• Proper file tree via git ls-tree (replaces the old find-based approach), capped at 80 entries
• Targeted git staging — only planned files are staged instead of git add ., preventing accidental commits of binaries/artifacts

These changes fix the issue where the agent would generate Python code for a Go project because the prompt lacked language/stack context.
