v2.3.2 — Alignment fix for Sections view

🐛 Bug Fix

• Fixed 28px top gap when using Nimbus in a Sections dashboard layout
• Added getCardSize() and getGridOptions() with dynamic rows based on show_forecast config
• Zeroed :host and .wrapper margins for proper alignment with other cards
