Small but important hotfix after v2.4.0.

Fixes

• Fixed fog rendering artifacts by replacing visible horizontal mist bands with softer radial fog veils.
• Added condition normalization for common weather/sensor variants such as Partly Cloudy, partly-cloudy, clear night, mist, haze, drizzle, heavy-rain, thunderstorm, snow, sleet, and wintry-mix.
• Fixed overcast icon fallback so it uses the cloudy icon instead of the exceptional warning icon.
• Fixed missing night canvas backgrounds for overcast and exceptional.
• Reduced moon visibility for heavy or uncertain conditions such as overcast, exceptional, and lightning.
• Refined the exceptional warning triangle icon for better balance at small sizes.
