  • feat(adapters)!: drop the Amazon Q adapter (efcdb4a)

BREAKING CHANGES

  • the amazonq tool id is gone. --only amazonq,
    --from amazonq and remove amazonq are rejected as unknown tools, and
    .amazonq/ is no longer generated. Use kiro instead; the Kiro CLI reads
    .kiro/ and falls back to any existing .amazonq/ folder.
