Feature Release

The major feature added with this release is the ability to invoke multiple commands without shell:

• Added an option to send SIGKILL to all processes if they don't terminate on the previous termination signal within the given timeout;
• Added an option to send termination signal only when a child process exits with a code greater or equal to the given one.

• run now starts the service in a separate process group (option -g removed);
• basic terminal handling added for interactive applications;
