Changes:
- Implemented better support for resolution scaling.
- Added tooltips to most of the text entry fields to show the content of them when it becomes too long.
- Changed an Information tooltip to be a balloon for better visibility.
- If an error happens during a manual update check, you will get a specific error message instead of "can't connect to the internet".
- Updated Bosnian (new translator, lukapiplica), Czech, Filipino, French (new translator, Skygame404), Croatian (new translator, lukapiplica), Latvian (new translator, evyatar), Dutch, Romanian (new translator, David), Serbian (new translator, lukapiplica), Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplified.
.exe will install the program to %appdata%\CustomRP; .zip is a portable version of the program.
