Maxium Code Eval: Pre-release

Maxium's Code Eval Action supports the v1/code-eval/pull-request endpoint. Through this endpoint, code changes are evaluated as part of a pull request (on open, push, or sync) and scored on complexity and effort required based on the actual context of the code using a probabilistic model.

The action will then leave a comment on the PR with the response from Maxium's server and delete any previous comments from the same action.

The estimated output is aggregated and can be visualised using the dashboard here
