• Fixed: Installation progress remains continuous during automatic work and stops and hides on completion, failure, or browser handoff. Cancellation and bounded timeouts preserve honest outcomes.
• Improved: The setup log shows only the current action, with stable local timestamps, automatic scrolling, blue information, green verified success, red errors, and amber warnings. Unrelated client errors no longer color its guidance.
