Breaking changes

• Removed filesystem namespace - now fl::filesystem::application_dirs now is just fl::application_dirs.
• Removed traits namespace - e.g. fl::traits::singleton<T> became fl::singleton<T>.
• Removed template args of the following classes:
  • fl::non_copyable<T> → fl::non_copyable
  • fl::non_movable<T> → fl::non_movable
  • fl::pin<T> →fl::pin

Additions

• Added fl::string_utils inline namespace with constexpr-friendly string and char related STL-friendly functions.
• Added generic enum bitwise operators templates. See documentation for details.
• Added base exception classes for the library, incuding fl::compile_time_error.
