v1.19.0 — Production Hardening (2026-09-09)

Additive features + fixes on top of v1.18.1. SemVer MINOR (new CLI subcommands).

Added

  • saw links rollback <page> (T2) — restore a page to its pre-links apply --confirm state from a per-page snapshot (.saw/links-rollback/).
  • saw agents export/import (T3) — portable custom-role YAML (validates name/model_tier/system_prompt, rejects built-in collisions, --force). Closes ROADMAP backlog T3.
  • CLI smoke tests (29 commands) + functional govern CLI tests (freshness/verify).
  • Configurable REST polling: VITE_POLL_INTERVAL_MS / VITE_STATS_INTERVAL_MS (WS real-time path unchanged).
  • docs/analysis/COMPETITIVE-REFERENCE.md — deep-read of 6 peer OSS projects → ROADMAP v1.20.0+ candidates.

Fixed

  • saw agents activity never routed (v1.15.0 regression) — the agents callback intercepted every subcommand; fixed to yield to subcommands.
  • CLI→web coupling: activity-tracker singleton moved to the collaborate module (T4).
  • README/README_CN release badge aligned to canonical.

Changed

  • S4: QueryEngine semantic search (cosine + ANN) extracted to a SemanticSearchMixin (semantic.py); engine.py 881 → 635 lines, logic unchanged, verified by the semantic/embedding/cache suite.
