v1.25.0 — A3 DRIFT Hybrid Search + B3 Claim Status Axis

Two competitive-borrow landings (per docs/analysis/COMPETITIVE-REFERENCE.md): A3 (GraphRAG DRIFT) + B3 (claim TRUE/FALSE/SUSPECTED).

Added

• A3 saw_drift_search(query, depth, limit) (GraphRAG DRIFT-inspired) — global (community) + local (entity-neighborhood) hybrid: primer semantic-searches the query to top claims → community_of for the broad view, then per-depth traverse for follow-up local refinement. Confidence-gated (claims below CROSS_VALIDATED flagged SUSPECTED). Built on A2 communities + semantic.
• B3 ClaimStatus (GraphRAG-inspired TRUE/FALSE/SUSPECTED axis) — new enum + derive_claim_status(confidence, contradicted, resolution) reusing SAW's 4-level confidence + B1's contradicts edge resolution (SUPERSEDED→FALSE, DISPUTED/HISTORICAL→SUSPECTED, high-conf not-contradicted→TRUE). Claim.status property; surfaced in saw_search + saw_drift_search output.

Differentiation

• GraphRAG DRIFT expands by community — SAW gates expansion by 4-level confidence (won't follow SUSPECTED premises) and lands on the entity graph (trust-weighted members).
• GraphRAG claims carry TRUE/FALSE/SUSPECTED — SAW derives it from existing confidence + B1 contradicts-edge resolution (no new schema dimension) + Ed25519-receiptable.
