馃殌 Major Performance Update (Rust)

This release introduces parallel conversion support for the Rust implementation. When converting multiple images (batch processing), the tool will now utilize multiple CPU cores to process images simultaneously. This results in a drastic reduction in total processing time for large batches of PNG files.

  • [Project Status] The Rust version is now the main implementation. The Python version has officially been marked as legacy.
