feat: remove redundant URL scheme handler setup and clean up optdepends

Remove xdg-mime default handler registration from install script as desktop environments automatically detect handlers from .desktop files. Remove duplicate desktop-file-utils from optdepends (already in depends). Update checksums for .SRCINFO and perplexity.install.
