Second pass on the admin UI rehaul — this time an actual visual departure, not just cleanup.

  • No more gradient buttons or drop-shadow cards anywhere in the plugin — flat, bordered panels instead (applies to all screens, not just Dashboard/Settings)
  • No more hover-lift/bounce animations — flat color transitions instead
  • Bigger, bolder page titles; small uppercase gray card-section labels
  • Bright pastel notice boxes on Dashboard/Settings muted to a white/bordered style with a colored accent
  • Single accent color (your existing brand blue) used consistently instead of multiple gradient colors
