WordPress's own admin bar and left menu are back and stay visible on every Smart SEO Fixer page.

  • The custom sidebar + content shell now fills the normal content area to the right of WordPress's own menu, instead of taking over the whole browser window
  • Removed the "back to WordPress Admin" link, since WordPress's own navigation is always right there now
