Fixes a dead end on the AI Provider panel: a site the shared AWS connection previously declined showed "Not configured" with Test Connection disabled and no way to retry.

  • Test Connection is no longer disabled just because the last automatic check failed
  • Clicking it with no AWS keys entered tests the real connection this site would actually use
  • If it fails because there's no AWS access at all, the message now shows this server's actual outbound IP so it can be added to the allow-list
