swiss_bar 0.6.2
What's new
- All features (window switcher, clipboard history, network speed indicator, Claude usage indicator) are now off by default on a fresh install, instead of immediately taking over Cmd+Tab and starting background polling. Enable the ones you want from Settings.
- New General settings tab with a Launch at Login toggle.
This build is signed with swiss_bar's self-signed release certificate, not an Apple
Developer ID - macOS Gatekeeper will warn that it's from an "unidentified developer."
See INSTALL.md for why, and
the two ways to open it anyway.
Quick version:
- Open the DMG, drag
swiss_bar.appto/Applications. - Run
xattr -cr /Applications/swiss_bar.appin Terminal, or try to open the app
and then approve it via System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> "Open Anyway". - Grant Accessibility (and Input Monitoring, if prompted) when asked - required for the
window switcher and keyboard features.
Every release is signed with the same certificate, so these permission grants persist
across future updates.
