Delete support for Personal Finance records — Income, expense, budget, and goal entries can now be deleted from the UI. The Income, Expenses, and Budgets tabs each have a Delete Selected button beneath their table, and the Goals tab has one alongside Update Progress. Every deletion shows a confirmation dialog with the record's details (date, amount, description) before anything is removed.
Deleting a recurring income or expense template stops future auto-posting, while occurrences already posted are preserved as normal historical transactions — the confirmation dialog notes this when it applies.
