• Added 18 of Fabio Crameri's Scientific colour maps to the built-in color schemes: sequential batlow, batlowW, acton, bamako, bilbao, davos, devon, lajolla, lapaz, oslo, tokyo and turku; diverging bam, broc, cork, roma and vik; and categorical batlowS. -colors now lists the schemes by source (ColorBrewer, Tableau, Matplotlib, Crameri, d3).
• [web] The Color palettes preset menu groups the presets by source.
• [web] Sequential and diverging presets can be limited to part of their range, by dragging handles on a strip of the whole ramp, and a sequential preset's end colors can be removed.
