Added PNG and JPEG output (e.g. -o map.png): an image of the whole map, labels included, at twice the frame's size by default (set with pixel-ratio=; JPEG quality with jpeg-quality=). From the command line, labels are drawn with installed fonts, with warnings about missing fonts and characters. The web UI doesn't offer these formats in Safari, which draws the labels of an image in system fonts only.
In PNG and JPEG images, and the image in HTML output, opaque polygons with a solid fill and no stroke are drawn with a hairline stroke in their fill color, which hides the faint seams that appear between adjacent polygons. SVG output is unchanged.
