Add landing page and GitHub Pages deploy

index.html mirrors DupliCompare's landing page: hero, download buttons for
the 3 release binaries, and a feature grid explaining the 4-tool pipeline
(imager, exfat_recovery, carver, map-tool). Deployed via GitHub Pages by
.github/workflows/pages.yml (no secrets needed, unlike Firebase).

Merge auto-tag and GUI build into one workflow

A tag pushed by the default GITHUB_TOKEN can't trigger another workflow
run, so the previous two-workflow split (auto-tag.yml -> build-gui.yml on
tag push) silently stalled after tagging. Doing both steps in one workflow
triggered directly by push-to-main avoids needing a PAT.
