Interest in a YouTube / player controller feature?

I wanted a minimal youtube player controller that didn't take up more real estate, so I built a little feature for Sidebery to implement it at the bottom of the drawer.
Right now it's scoped to look for an active YouTube tab, but it could be easily changed to apply to any playing media tab. It selects the most recent one if there are multiple tabs playing media.
I also exposed a setting to activate/deactivate it.
If you find this interesting, I would be happy to offer a PR for it.

@bwhalley Wow! looks great, id love to try it out if you still would post a PR. I have a similar idea i am working on that replaces the tab hover previews for tabs with playing media, it would be a small media controll pannel that pops out (prev/next,pause/play,mute/unmute.) i was also thinking of looking into adding a pop out player viewer also for tabs with playing media so you wouldnt have to open the tab and look for the button do to do on the page.
