First release of STEM! Included in the .zip file:

  • STEM.PRN - the printer listing output from the assembler. Useful if you want to debug or just explore the program
  • STEM.HEX - Intel hex image of assembled output. This can be used by DDT for debugging or LOAD to create a COM file
  • STEM.COM - memory image (loadable executable) of STEM.

The simplest way to use the release is to transfer STEM.COM onto a disk on your Altair or simulator. There are many ways to do this, check your documentation.
