In addition to downloading and installing PimaxMagic4All on your PC, you must complete all of the steps below in order to use eye tracking with your Somnium VR1 headset!

THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW APPLY TO SOMNIUM VR1 EDITIONS THAT INCLUDE EYE TRACKING - VISIONARY, TITAN AND ULTIMATE.

  • In the VR1 tool, under the 'Settings' -> 'Software' -> 'Drivers' page, make sure the SteamVR driver is installed and enabled.

  • Run SteamVR, if the SteamVR driver is correctly enabled, you should see the VR1 HMD icon.

  • In the VR1 Tool, under the 'Settings' -> 'Headset' -> 'Eyes' page, you must toggle 'Enable' under 'Eye Tracking' and perform the calibration.
