[QLC+ 5] Fixtures sometimes not visible in fixture groups

Describe the bug

It's a bit difficult to reproduce, but if you add fixtures from the list without changing their names then its likely to happen that one or more fixtures are not visible under fixture groups. Sometimes its not even possible to select them in the 2D viewer (or the other interface)

Expected behavior
Fixtures are always visible

As you can see here in the screenshot; one LED Strobe is missing in the list. I still can select it in the Universe, but can't edit the name of it

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Linux (Ubuntu)
• QLC+ Version: qlcplus-qt5qml-5.0.0_Beta_3-20240928-a76affd

EDIT
If I save the project, restart QLC+ and open the project again the missing entry appears.

I applied some changes so that same name on fixtures and functions are not allowed.
Please check if the current build solves this issue too.
