APK of NewPipe Perle, which installs next to the official NewPipe (app id org.schabi.newpipe.continuous.perle).

  • Perle: the most viewed videos of every channel, equally weighted, for all subscriptions or a single folder.
  • Folders in the subscriptions export: Subscriptions → Export to file now also saves your folders (name, icon, channels), and Import from previous export restores them (a folder with the same name is merged, not duplicated).
  • Cast to TV (DLNA/UPnP): send videos to smart TVs (e.g. Samsung Tizen) on the same Wi-Fi network, up to 720p. See docs/DLNA_CAST.md.

Uninstall perle-v1 once before installing this version (it was signed with a temporary key). From perle-v2 on, every release is signed with the same key, so updates install over the previous version and keep your data.
To move your subscriptions and folders from the official NewPipe: Settings → Backup and restore → Export database in NewPipe, then Import database in NewPipe Perle.
