What's Changed

Important

This release fixes a silent failure mode that is only visible for components that add a DEPENDENCY line from the second time the component is used due to a long-standing error in Comp creation and a new caching mechanism added in v0.18.0. As such, v0.18.0 through v0.18.3 should be avoided.
