It should now be possible to use mccode-antlr with more complex components on all systems.
The previous identification of compiler and linker flags was far from complete and this release greatly improves on that.

Less obviously, the McCode translation-time %include directive order-solving has been improved.
Previously a custom and possibly incorrect algorithm could not produce a stable sorting order. That has been replaced by a topological sorting algorithm guaranteed to be correct and to produce the same included order for the same input.
