Banner Reward Pools
Banner pools define what a pull can select after the rarity tier has been chosen.
Pokémon entries can be assigned to rarity pools and can participate in limited-banner featured/rate-up rules.
Item rewards support quantity ranges.
Allowed editor range:
- minimum: 1
- maximum: 64
Set MIN and MAX to the same value for a fixed quantity.
The current banner system supports tier rates and featured/rate-up behavior. It does not currently expose a separate arbitrary percentage/weight field for every individual pool entry.
