Primary: change install mechanics

• Merged install, install-local and update installers. Is recommended to start clean (export jobs and settings, uninstall manually, then install any way you prefer) but the uninstaller location has changed: /install/uninstall.sh
• numerous fixes
• split to helpers sh

Secondary

• support for app version, show in UI too
• installer now sets ssh port into your conf.yaml
• use pip and requirements.txt and venv
• rename src to app
• Bugfix: don't overwrite last_run on job update
