Patch release fixing CRAN check issues.

  • Wrap all examples that write to user cache in \dontrun{} (CRAN donttest check)
  • Fix Author/Maintainer field mismatch with Authors@R (ORCID)
  • Exclude README.html from package tarball
  • Skip tests gracefully when external APIs are unavailable in CI
