Calculate gold standard FSC & filter model

Using the Relion GUI, select the final 'unfil' volumes and perform postprocess:

relion_postprocess --i Refine3D/run1_ct22_ct27 --o Refine3D/run1_ct22_ct27_half2_class001_unfil_postprocess --angpix 1.77 --auto_mask --inimask_threshold 0.0474 --extend_inimask 5 --width_mask_edge 4 --mtf falcon_mtf_300kv.star --auto_bfac --autob_lowres 10

The resulting map filtered to 4.6 Angstroms (B-factor -116 Angstroms^2) can be found:

Refine3D/run1_ct22_ct27_half2_class001_unfil_postprocess.mrc

The resulting map when filtered to 4.3 Angstroms (B-factor -116 Angstroms^2) can be found:

Refine3D/run1_ct22_ct27_half2_class001_unfil_postprocess_filt4pt3_b116*
