Archify is now bundled across Codex, Claude Code, and Gemini distributions.

Highlights:

  • Bundles upstream Archify 2.12.0 for automatic architecture, topology, sequence, workflow, data-flow, and lifecycle diagram routing.
  • Preserves the upstream MIT LICENSE, copyright notices, commit provenance, and archive SHA-256.
  • Keeps simple two- or three-node diagrams native to the slide runtime.
  • Adds paired Gemini Agent Skill assets for build-html-slides and Archify.
  • Extends installer, uninstaller, release packaging, and repository validation for the bundled skill.

Validation: 210 tests passed; Archify doctor and demo passed; all release archives were inspected for license and provenance files.
