Goodbye Bukkit, Hello Velocity config

With this release, the bukkit module has been removed. I honestly don't know why I included in the first place, considering that I never planned to actually provide support for it and since it was a complete hack. I never run Bukkit/Spigot myself and only develop for Paper.
If you run a server with plugins, you should probably be using Paper anyways.

Also, the config is now properly generated on velocity.

Update Bukkit version to 1.18.2, fix FML hostname and comment config.

Fixed hosts not resolving when using Forge.

If you are running a Paper server, use the Paper version!
